Refund/warranty
Warranty: The warranty conditions for individual products can be found on the page of the given product, under the ‘Warranty’ tab.
Withdrawal: Buyer has the right to cancel the purchase within 30 days after the receipt of the parcel in case there is no need for exchange product. The right of withdrawal is not enforceable for products with engravings and for earrings for hygienic reasons referring to 29. § (1) section of 45/2014. of (II. 26.) Government Decree.
We can only refund the purchase price as a voucher in case of custom morse products, pendants combined with beads or pendants based on individual custom designs.

Buyer is obliged to bear the return cost in case of returning products, only when it is still in flawless condition. Seller is not responsible for any loss or damage of the parcel during return. Buyer is responsible for packing the product carefully and return it in a proper form. If the parcel comes with a cash on delivery service, will not be taken over.
If the goods returned on the basis of the right of withdrawal are not in perfect, resellable condition, the buyer may be liable for compensation.
The Seller shall refund the amount already paid by the Buyer as soon as possible, but within 14 days after receipt including the shipping costs. The Seller shall refund the amount online, transferred to the account originally used by the Buyer.
If the Buyer specifically chooses a delivery way other than the least expensive standard, the Seller shall not be obliged to refund the deriving additional costs.
The Seller – in case has not undertaken to return the goods by his own – may withhold the refund until the the goods have not been returned or the Buyer has not provided proof of the return and delivery to the correct address.
