No. Questions and details can be discussed on these platforms in advance, but finalizing an order must be made on the site or in justified cases must be recorded in e-mail.
The modification should be reported as soon as possible via e-mail(hello@niuni.eu)! If we have already sent a shipping confirmation mail, that your order has been prepared and already handed over to the courier service, there is no possibility to modify.
We can offer an express processing option that can be chosen at checkout during ordering. Soonest delivery times are visible on the checkout page.
The main packaging of cord bracelets with pendants and beads is a small envelope with a wax stamp. Inside the envelope, bracelets are tightened on a card. The stamp is handmade and unique every time. The envelope can be white or black and included in the price.
In case of earrings, necklaces, and chain bracelets, packaging are white or black gift boxes with ribbon and wax stamp, which are included in the price.
Gift boxes are available to purchase, where not included in the price.
Pendants, beads (non-Miyuki), chains, brand tags and earrings are made of Sterling silver which consists of 92,5% pure silver and other alloying metals.
In case of gold and rose gold pieces, the Sterling silver base metal is plated with gold.
Each Niuni bracelet and necklace is supplied with a Sterling silver brand tag, unless the customer wishes otherwise.
Niuni pieces of jewelry are made for everyday use, therefore basic showering does not affect them. However, there may be other factors, such as the area (humidity, near pollution etc.) the pH levels of one’s skin, chemicals it is exposed to, and the type of water in the area which can cause Sterling silver to tarnish or the cord to deteriorate.
Tarnishing means a thin yellowish, blackish sulfide layer on the surface of the jewelry, that can be cleaned (even at home) and is not considered a defect. This is a natural process that can develop sooner or later or only partially depending on the circumstances. It can occur either without use due to hydrogen sulfide gas present in the air.

To maintain the quality of the jewelry, it is advised to avoid contact with sweat, thermal-, chlorinated-, salt water or cosmetics, especially with sulfur and store it in an airtight, cool and dark place (eg. zip-lock bag) when not in use.

Sterling silver is a fairly soft material, therefore bending may occur. When handling cord bracelets take extra care not to apply force to the surface/edges of the pendant while pulling the cord, as it may bend/break.

On gold, rose gold and rhodium-plated parts, the plating may fade over time even when used as intended. Fading appears significantly sooner if the jewelry comes in contact with cosmetics, moisture or rubs with other jewelry pieces, or watches.

Miyuki Delica (11/0) glass beads – due to their material – are moderately flexible and have different durability. Our selection of beads mainly includes sturdy kinds, but the stability of beads depends on individual wearing habits and conditions.
Currently, we use 2 kinds of cords:

Polyamid cord: 1mm in thickness, most commonly used, synthetic and strong. Durability varies with colors and the shade of some colors may vary slightly from roll to roll.
Cord replacement under warranty (effective from the date of receipt):
within 9 months - stretching, fading, fluffiness, fraying, breakage
within 3 months - manufacturing defect (loose knot)
within 1 month - material defect (color bleeding, faulty weaving)
Non-warranty cord replacement is possible at any time for an extra charge.

There are two kinds of cord bracelet closures:

Sliding knots
Comfortable for everyday wear, there are no loose cord ends hanging, but not the easiest to take on and off. Suitable for those, who want to wear the bracelet permanently.

Sizing is limited in the way that if someone’s hand circumference is larger than the maximum size value in the product description, they may not be able to put on the bracelet. Also when their wrist circumference is less than the minimum adjustable value they may not be able to tighten the bracelet to fit appropriately.

Macrame
Easy handling for those who want to take off and on their bracelet regularly, and don’t bother the hanging cord ends.
Sizing is limited to the maximum expandable size, so the circumference of the hand should be smaller than the maximum size value in the product description.
Besides that, it most likely can be tightened enough.

All bracelets can be made with macrame closure, but not all bracelets can be made with sliding knots, this depends on the shape of a pendant or the length of the beadwork.

Change of the closure type is usually free of charge but advised to discuss the options in advance.
Most of the time, cord type can be changed, but in some cases not:
- The satin cord does not fit through slim morse beads
- Instead of 1mm thick polyamid cord, 1,5mm thick satin cord can only be used, if it fits through the pendants’ gap
- Instead of 1,5mm thick satin cord, 1mm thick polyamid cord can be used.

Change of the cord type is usually free of charge but advised to discuss the options in advance.
We have a relatively wide range of cords with different thicknesses and colors even options that are not available on the webshop. We can also use them based on individual needs. Inquire at hello@niuni.eu!
We replace the cord at any time depending bracelet type in a range €2-€5 and also customer will be charged for the shipping costs. In case the problem is due to our fault, we will bear all the costs coming up.

Often customers are not familiar with sliding knots and their operation and think they received an infant sized bracelet. For this reason a guidance slippet is attached to every order’s package.
If the bracelet is still too small after expanding, we exchange it to a bigger size.
If it was worn then cord replacement is available for €2-€5 depending on the piece (+shipping cost).
If we made a mistake and sent the wrong size, then the exchange and shipping is on us.

Two options are available:

Exchange: Only available if the product is in new and unworn condition. Can be exchanged to other products as well, with adjusting the original price. Customer bears all shipping costs.

Withdrawal and refund: If exchange is not favorable, the customer can return the new and unworned product(s) within 30 days of receipt. Return and refund is not available for engraved items, and earrings!
In case of customized morse bracelet, refund is issued in form of a voucher.

Customers are responsible for covering any associated postage or redelivery fees. The item must be returned in the original packaging and show no signs of wear or use.
We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the parcels during return. It is the buyer's responsibility to pack it safely and send it in the proper way. No cash on delivery packages are accepted. If the products returned under withdrawal are not in perfect, unworn condition, the refunded amount may be reduced. The seller shall return the amount paid by the customer, including the cost of shipping (where applicable) as soon as possible but within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Seller will refund the amout online to the account used by the customer during the original transaction. If the customer requests a shipping method which is more expensive than the basic shipping method, the seller is not obliged to refund the resulting extra costs.
Choosing registered/recorded e-mail is recomended as the seller may withhold the refund until he/she have received the returned goods or the customer has provided proof that the parcel was delivered to the correct address.
To solve the problem we would send the correct products as soon as possible via exchange service, meaning that upon second delivery, the wrong products should be given back to the delivery man.
