Silver tarnishes, which means a thin yellowish, blackish sulfide layer on the surface of the jewelry, that can be cleaned and is not considered a defect. This is a natural process that can develop sooner or later or only partially depending on the circumstances. It can occur either without use due to hydrogen sulfide gas presence in the air. The speed at which sterling silver will tarnish depends on many things, the area (humidity, near pollution etc.) the pH levels of one’s skin, chemicals it is exposed to, the type of water in the area and how the silver is stored. Store it in an airtight, cool place (eg. zip-lock bag) when not in use and avoid thermal-, chlorinated-, salt water or cosmetics, especially with sulfur. General wear and tear includes tarnishing and therefore not covered by warranty.

On gold, rose gold and rhodium-plated parts, the plating may fade over time even when used as intended. Fading appears significantly sooner if the jewelry comes in contact with cosmetics, moisture or rubs with other jewelry pieces, or watch. Fading is not covered by warranty.

Replacement under warranty (effective from the date of receipt):
within 3 months - manufacturing defect (opening jumpring, faulty clasp)

Exchanged only when the item is unworn and is still in it's original packaging - material defect (surflace flaw, aesthetic flaw, missing element)
